这份教程对应手机扫码枪鸿蒙版，覆盖从安装到保存导出文件的完整流程。第一次使用按“安装 → 设置 → 连接 → 扫码 → 历史与导出”操作；只在手机识别并保存内容，可以跳过连接电脑。This guide covers Scan Input for HarmonyOS, from installation to saving an exported file. For a first session, follow installation → settings → connection → scanning → history and export. Skip the computer connection if you only need local recognition and records.

基础扫码、历史和 Wi-Fi 不需要蓝牙 HID。只有具备对应系统能力的设备才显示“蓝牙 HID 连接”；没有入口时可使用本地扫码或 Wi-Fi，不要按 Android 的系统版本条件判断鸿蒙手机。Local scanning, history and Wi-Fi do not require Bluetooth HID. The Bluetooth HID entry appears only on devices with the required system capability. If it is absent, use local scanning or Wi-Fi; Android version requirements do not apply to HarmonyOS.

从华为应用市场安装Install from Huawei AppGallery
在鸿蒙手机打开 华为应用市场官方页面，核对“手机扫码枪”及开发者信息，按系统提示安装并打开。也可以在官网“下载”区域选择 HarmonyOS。应用当前不要求注册账号。Open the official Huawei AppGallery page on your HarmonyOS phone, check Scan Input and its developer, then install and open it. The website Download section also links to HarmonyOS. The app currently requires no account.
阅读首次欢迎弹窗的协议Read the first-launch agreement
“欢迎使用手机扫码枪”弹窗提供“用户协议”和“隐私政策”入口。阅读并决定接受后点击“同意并继续”。未同意时无法继续使用；点击“不同意并退出”会提示“需要同意协议才能继续使用”。接着可选择“查看使用教程”，或“稍后查看”进入主界面。The Welcome to Scan Input dialog links to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Read them and tap Agree and continue if you accept. You cannot continue without acceptance; Decline and exit displays an agreement-required message. The next prompt offers View user guide or View later to reach the main screen.
第一次扫码时允许相机Allow the camera on your first scan
点击主界面底部中央圆形扫码按钮，按 HarmonyOS 授权窗口允许使用相机。只有相机扫码需要相机权限；蓝牙权限在第一次打开蓝牙设备列表时申请，相册识别和导出分别由系统选图器、文件保存窗口处理。Tap the round scan button at the bottom center and allow camera access in the HarmonyOS prompt. Camera scanning needs camera permission. Bluetooth permission is requested when opening the Bluetooth device list; gallery recognition and export use the system photo picker and file-save window.
若显示“需要相机权限才能扫描二维码和条形码”或“相机权限申请失败，请点击重试”，先点“重试”重新授权。系统不再提示时，到手机“设置 → 应用 → 手机扫码枪 → 权限”允许相机，再回到扫码页重试。If the scanner says camera permission is required or its request failed, tap Retry to request access again. If the system no longer prompts, allow the camera under system Settings → Apps → Scan Input → Permissions, then return and retry.
底部能看到“历史”“设置”，中央按钮能打开相机预览；未连接电脑也可识别并保存扫码记录。Check that History and Settings are available and the center button opens the camera preview. Recognition and history work without a computer connection.
认识主界面Find the main controls
- “历史”：最新记录在前，每条显示内容、格式与时间，右侧可复制或删除。History lists newest records first, with content, format and time plus copy and delete controls.
- 底部中央圆形按钮：进入全屏扫码页；该页也提供“相册识别”。The center round button opens the full-screen scanner, which also offers Scan from gallery.
- “设置”：后缀、自动恢复连接、震动、声音、网页跳转，以及协议、官网和电脑端下载。Settings provides suffix, connection restore, vibration, sound, webpage opening, legal documents, website and desktop download.
- 右上角链环：断开时用于选择连接方式；连接后点击可查看“当前连接”并“断开当前连接”。连接中请等待结果。The top-right link selects a connection while disconnected. Once connected, tap it to inspect Current connection or Disconnect current connection. Wait for the result while connecting.
手机出现记录或提示音只说明识别到内容。蓝牙 HID 和 Wi-Fi 都需确认 App 已连接，以及电脑目标输入框出现完全一致的文字；Wi-Fi 还可在桌面端核对收到的记录。蓝牙 HID 直接作为键盘输入，不要求桌面端记录。A phone record or scan sound confirms recognition. For both Bluetooth HID and Wi-Fi, verify the app connection and identical text in the computer target field. With Wi-Fi, also check the received desktop record. Bluetooth HID types directly as a keyboard and does not require a desktop-app record.
设置后缀、反馈和网页行为Set suffix, feedback and webpage behavior
在“设置 → 扫码后缀”选择无、回车或 TabChoose None, Enter or Tab under Settings → Scan suffix
逐行录入可选“回车”；切换输入框或下一列可选“Tab”；只要内容可选“无”。后缀只附加到向电脑发送的文字，不改变历史记录、复制内容或导出的原文。电脑应用决定回车是换行、跳格还是提交表单。默认后缀为回车。Choose Enter for row-by-row entry, Tab for the next field or column, or None for text alone. The suffix is added only to computer output; it does not alter history, copied text or exports. The target app decides whether Enter inserts a line, moves a cell or submits a form. The default is Enter.
按使用场景调整反馈和自动打开网页Adjust feedback and automatic webpage opening
“震动效果”“声音提示”默认开启，可按环境关闭。“网页自动跳转”默认关闭；开启后，识别到以 HTTP / HTTPS 开头的网页地址会调用系统浏览器，扫码记录仍会保存。需要连续盘点时可保持关闭，避免识别网址后切换到浏览器。Vibration and Sound are on by default; turn them off when appropriate. Automatically open webpages is off by default. When enabled, recognized HTTP/HTTPS addresses open in the system browser while the scan record remains saved. Keep it off during continuous inventory if browser switching interrupts your work.
“自动恢复上次连接”默认开启。App 启动、加载已保存状态时会尝试恢复最近的蓝牙设备或 Wi-Fi 地址；它不保证每次切回前台、锁屏或网络变化后都能自动重连。电脑应开机且服务或蓝牙可用，恢复失败时点链环手动连接。Automatically restore last connection is on by default. When the app starts and loads saved state, it attempts the previous Bluetooth device or Wi-Fi address. It does not guarantee reconnection after every return to the foreground, lock-screen session or network change. Keep the computer and its service/Bluetooth available; use the link control to reconnect manually if needed.
蓝牙 HID：手机作为电脑键盘Bluetooth HID: use the phone as a keyboard
打开蓝牙入口并允许附近设备权限Open Bluetooth and allow nearby-device access
开启手机和电脑蓝牙。在 App 点右上角链环 →“蓝牙 HID 连接”。第一次出现“允许‘手机扫码枪’发现和连接附近的设备？”时点“允许”，用于读取已配对设备并建立输出连接。拒绝后到系统应用权限中允许蓝牙，再重新打开列表。Enable Bluetooth on the phone and computer. In the app, tap the top-right link → Bluetooth HID. On the first nearby-device permission prompt, tap Allow so the app can read paired devices and connect for output. If denied, allow Bluetooth in system app permissions and reopen the list.
列表没有电脑时，先完成系统配对Pair through the system if the computer is missing
点“没有我的设备或连接异常？”→“开启蓝牙发现/配对”。手机会在一段时间内可被发现。随后在电脑系统蓝牙设置中添加这台手机，核对并确认两端的系统配对提示，再回 App 的“选择蓝牙设备”点“刷新”，点击电脑名称。当前列表提供设备选择，不需要手动填写 MAC 地址。Tap My device is missing or connection is abnormal → Start Bluetooth discovery/pairing. The phone becomes discoverable for a limited time. Add it from the computer’s system Bluetooth settings, check and confirm both pairing prompts, then return to Select Bluetooth device, tap Refresh and select the computer. This list selects devices directly; it does not require manual MAC entry.
- macOS：打开“系统设置 → 蓝牙”，在附近设备中找到手机并连接，按屏幕提示完成配对。macOS: open System Settings → Bluetooth, find the phone under nearby devices, connect and complete the pairing prompts.
- Windows：打开“设置 → 蓝牙和设备 → 添加设备 → 蓝牙”，选择手机并确认配对。不同系统版本的名称略有差异。Windows: open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Add device → Bluetooth, select the phone and confirm pairing. Labels vary by system version.
- 通过普通发现入口配对后，返回 App 点击对应电脑。修复模式重新配对后可能自动建立 HID，先查看 App 状态；系统“已配对/已连接”不等于 App 已建立 HID 通道。After pairing through normal discovery, return to the app and tap the computer. Repair mode may establish HID automatically after pairing again, so check the app status first. System Paired/Connected does not prove that the app has an HID channel.
已配对但 HID 通道未建立时使用修复Repair a pairing without an HID channel
若提示“蓝牙已配对但 HID 通道未建立”，回到“没有我的设备或连接异常？”点“连接状态异常修复”。看到“HID 服务已发布，请在电脑中删除旧设备后重新发起配对”后，在电脑系统蓝牙设置移除这台手机的旧配对项，再重新搜索并完成两端确认。回 App 查看连接状态；修复模式可能在配对后自动完成 HID 连接，已显示连接成功时直接测试输入。若超时或仍失败，再重新打开设备列表，刷新并点击电脑名称。If the app reports that Bluetooth is paired but the HID channel is not established, open My device is missing or connection is abnormal → Repair connection state. After the HID-service-published prompt, remove this phone’s old pairing from the computer Bluetooth settings, discover and pair it again with confirmation on both devices. Return to the app and check its status. Repair mode may complete the HID connection automatically after pairing; if connected, test input directly. If it times out or still fails, reopen the device list, refresh and tap the computer.
在普通输入框核对实际键盘输出Verify actual keyboard input in a plain field
连接成功应出现“蓝牙 HID 已连接”，点链环可核对设备名。在电脑打开普通文本编辑器或表格，将光标放到目标位置，使用英文输入状态扫描一条已知英文或数字码，核对文字与后缀产生的光标移动。没有成功状态或目标框没有文字时，先按排错部分检查。A successful connection reports Bluetooth HID connected; inspect the device name through the link control. Focus a plain text editor or spreadsheet cell, use an English input mode and scan a known English/numeric code. Check the text and cursor movement from the suffix. If connection success or target text is missing, use troubleshooting first.
鸿蒙 HID 适合英文、数字和常见 ASCII 字符。遇到不支持的字符会提示“蓝牙 HID 暂不支持部分非英文字符”，并跳过这些字符，剩余可支持文字仍可能输入电脑。因此不要仅凭有文字就认定完整；中文或混合内容请改用 Wi-Fi，并逐字核对。HarmonyOS HID suits English, numbers and common ASCII characters. Unsupported characters trigger a warning and are skipped; supported parts may still be typed. Some output does not prove completeness. Use Wi-Fi for Chinese or mixed text and check the full result.
Wi-Fi：安装电脑端并连接Wi-Fi: install and connect the desktop app
按电脑系统下载并完整安装桌面端Download and install the desktop package
Wi-Fi 需要电脑运行手机扫码枪桌面端。下面为官网使用的官方下载链接，按操作系统与 CPU 架构选择。已安装时可以直接进入“连接服务”，确认服务正在运行。Wi-Fi requires Scan Input Desktop running on the computer. These are the official links used by the website; choose your operating system and CPU architecture. If already installed, open Connection service and check that it is running.
macOS：选择芯片，拖入应用程序macOS: choose your chip and copy to Applications
- 在 Apple 菜单 →“关于本机”确认 Apple 芯片或 Intel，下载对应 DMG；桌面端要求 macOS 13 及以上。Check Apple menu → About This Mac for Apple silicon or Intel and download the matching DMG. The desktop client requires macOS 13+.
- 打开 DMG，将
Scan Input Desktop.app拖入“Applications / 应用程序”，从应用程序文件夹启动。Open the DMG, dragScan Input Desktop.appinto Applications and launch it there. - 如系统阻止打开，核对官方来源与名称后按“隐私与安全性”的系统提示处理。打字权限见下方。If the system blocks opening, check the official source and name, then follow its Privacy & Security prompt. Typing permission is described below.
Windows：解压完整 ZIPWindows: extract the full ZIP

DroidCodeScannerPC.AppDir/usr/bin并运行./DroidCodeScannerPC，保留整个 AppDir。缺运行库时按具体错误与发行版包管理器处理。For AppDir, enterDroidCodeScannerPC.AppDir/usr/binand run./DroidCodeScannerPC. Keep the entire AppDir; resolve missing runtime libraries using the error and your distribution package manager. - 若包内提供 AppImage，在文件属性中允许执行后启动。自动打字还需输入工具，见下面的系统配置。If the package includes an AppImage, allow execution in file properties and launch it. Automatic typing also requires the tools described below.
启动连接服务，核对网络、IP 和端口Start the service and check network, IP and port
手机接 Wi-Fi，电脑接可互通的同一局域网；电脑可通过网线接同一路由器。电脑端打开“连接服务”，确认“服务运行中（端口 …）”和等待连接状态；服务停止时点“开启服务”。默认端口是 9876，以电脑当前显示为准，截图中的端口只是示例。Connect the phone to Wi-Fi and the computer to the same reachable local network; the computer can use Ethernet on the same router. Open Connection service and check Running (port …) and its waiting state, or click Start service if stopped. The default port is 9876; always use the displayed port. Screenshot ports are examples.
- 电脑点“刷新 IP”获取当前局域网 IPv4。不要填手机 IP、
127.0.0.1或教程示例地址。Click Refresh IP on the computer for its current local IPv4 address. Do not use the phone IP,127.0.0.1or a tutorial example. - 若端口被占用，选择 1～65535 内可用端口并点“应用端口”；服务重启后按新的地址或二维码连接。For a busy port, choose an available port from 1–65535 and click Apply port. Reconnect using the new address or QR after the service restarts.
- 防火墙应允许桌面端接收局域网连接。访客 Wi-Fi、AP 隔离、VPN、企业规则或错误网卡地址可能阻止访问。Allow incoming local connections for the desktop app in the firewall. Guest Wi-Fi, AP isolation, VPNs, enterprise rules or the wrong adapter address can block access.
- 扫码期间保持服务运行，不要点“停止服务”或托盘“退出”。Keep the service running while scanning; do not stop it or quit from the tray.
扫描电脑连接二维码，再手动确认Scan the desktop connection QR, then confirm manually
若已有连接，先点链环 →“断开当前连接”。再点底部扫码按钮，对准电脑“连接服务”的二维码。识别后会关闭扫码页、提示“检测到电脑连接二维码”，并预填 Wi-Fi 地址窗口。核对 IP 和端口后，还必须点击“连接”；扫码预填本身不代表已经连上。If already connected, first tap the link → Disconnect current connection. Then open the scanner and aim at the desktop Connection service QR. Recognition closes scanning, reports a connection-QR message and fills the Wi-Fi address dialog. Check its IP and port, then tap Connect. Prefilling the dialog does not establish the connection.
当前鸿蒙版会先将识别内容保存到历史，并尝试通过现有连接发送，然后才识别其连接信息。因此切换电脑前先断开旧连接，避免连接二维码作为文字输入旧电脑。历史中的 dcs://connect?… 是连接码内容，可按需单独删除，不是商品记录。The current HarmonyOS app saves recognized content and attempts to send it over an existing connection before processing its connection details. Disconnect the old computer first to avoid typing the connection QR into it. A dcs://connect?… history item is connection data, not a product record; delete it individually if desired.
也可以手动填写电脑 IP 和端口Alternatively, enter the desktop IP and port
点链环 →“Wi-Fi 连接”，在“IP 地址”填写电脑显示的局域网 IPv4，在“端口”填写监听端口，点“连接”。输入只接受有效 IPv4 与 1～65535 端口。成功应提示“Wi-Fi 已连接”；再次点链环核对“当前连接”的 IP:端口，电脑也应显示客户端已连接。Tap the link → Wi-Fi, enter the desktop local IPv4 address under IP address and its listening port under Port, then tap Connect. Input requires a valid IPv4 and port from 1–65535. A successful connection reports Wi-Fi connected. Reopen the link dialog to check Current connection and its IP:port; the desktop should also show a connected client.
配置电脑打字能力并核对目标输入框Configure desktop typing and check the target field
把电脑光标放进普通文本编辑器或表格单元格，扫描一条已知内容。先核对电脑端收到的新记录，再核对目标框的文字与回车 / Tab 行为。Wi-Fi 可传输中文等 Unicode 内容，实际打字仍取决于系统权限、输入工具、键盘布局与目标应用。Focus a plain editor or spreadsheet cell on the computer and scan known content. Check the new desktop record, then the target text and Enter/Tab behavior. Wi-Fi transports Unicode including Chinese, but actual typing depends on system permissions, input tools, keyboard layout and the target app.

Linux 输入工具配置参考 ydotool 官方说明 与 xdotool 官方说明。ydotool 启动后返回错误时当前版本不会自动回退 xdotool，需检查服务、socket 和权限；正式录入前分别测试中文、空格、回车和 Tab。See the official ydotool and xdotool instructions. If ydotool starts but returns an error, this version does not automatically fall back to xdotool. Check service, socket and permissions, and test Chinese, spaces, Enter and Tab before real entry.
需要换电脑时先断开；重启后检查恢复Disconnect before switching; check restore after restart
点已连接的链环，核对“当前连接”，点“断开当前连接”，再选择新的连接方式或目标。只关闭状态窗口不会断开。开启“自动恢复上次连接”时，下次 App 启动加载状态会尝试上次目标；电脑换网络、端口或蓝牙配对后应重新连接并核对，不能只靠旧地址。Tap the connected link, inspect Current connection and tap Disconnect current connection before choosing a new mode or target. Closing the state dialog does not disconnect. With restore enabled, the next app startup attempts the saved target. Reconnect and verify after a desktop network, port or pairing change; a saved address may be stale.
相机扫码与连续录入Camera scanning and continuous entry
打开相机，将完整条码放入画面Open the camera and frame the complete code
点底部中央圆形扫码按钮，允许相机后使用后置摄像头识别条形码或二维码。让码完整、清晰地进入画面，保留四周空白，避免反光；不要贴得太近。底部左侧“闪光灯”可切换补光，右侧“相册识别”进入选图，中间红色关闭按钮或上方“返回”退出。Tap the center round scan button and allow the camera. The rear camera recognizes barcodes and QR codes. Keep the whole code clear in view with space around it, avoid glare and do not hold it too close. Flashlight is at bottom left, Scan from gallery at right, and the red center close button or top Back exits.
核对结果，扫完移开后继续Verify the result and move the code away
识别成功后，“最新扫码结果”显示内容，记录保存到历史；有连接时会尝试发送。普通单码结果处理后会自动恢复扫描，无需寻找连续扫描开关。相同内容在约 2.5 秒内有重复抑制，但长时间留在镜头前仍可能再次识别，扫完请移开，再放入下一条。After recognition, Latest scan result displays the content, history saves the record and an active connection attempts sending. Scanning resumes automatically after a normal single result; there is no continuous-scan switch to enable. Identical content is suppressed for roughly 2.5 seconds, but a code left in view can be recognized again later. Move it away, then present the next code.
“识别成功”与提示音不保证电脑打字完成。点击最新结果旁的复制图标会把原文复制到手机剪贴板，App 没有内建电脑剪贴板同步。若显示“扫码成功，但发送失败”，记录仍在手机；需要重录电脑时先恢复连接重新扫描，或自行将原文转到电脑后再粘贴。Recognition feedback does not guarantee computer typing. Copy beside the latest result places the original text on the phone clipboard; the app has no built-in computer clipboard sync. If sending fails, the phone retains the record. For computer entry, restore the connection and rescan, or transfer the original text to the computer yourself before pasting.
同一画面有多个码时When multiple codes are in one camera frame
从候选框选择需要的一条Select one code from the candidate boxes
同时识别到多个有效码时，App 最多展示 4 个候选，暂停画面并提示“检测到多个码，请点击需要的识别框”。点目标框只处理这一条，保存并尝试输出后恢复扫描；不是把所有候选一次录入。定位不完整时按“部分结果无法定位，请从列表中选择”从候选列表点选。When several valid codes are detected, the app displays up to four candidates, freezes the frame and asks you to tap the required box. Selecting one processes only that code, saves it, attempts output and resumes scanning. It does not enter all candidates at once. If positions are incomplete, choose from the candidate list as prompted.
点“重新扫描”会放弃本轮候选并恢复相机，不会把未选择的候选存成多条历史。画面内超过 4 个码时，分组拍摄或移动到只包含目标码，避免遗漏；需要连续录入多个标签时逐条移开并核对。Rescan discards the current candidates and restores the camera without saving unselected candidates. For more than four codes, scan in groups or frame only the target code to avoid omissions. Move each label away and verify the result when entering several codes.
从相册或截图识别Recognize a gallery image or screenshot

If an image preview opens, check the image and tap Done at the bottom right to return it to the app for recognition. This flow offers neither taking a new photo nor editing the image. Cancel or go back to resume scanning without a record.

单个有效结果按普通扫码处理：显示最新结果、保存历史，已连接时尝试发送。图片中有多个有效结果时，App 显示最多 4 个候选列表，点选一条才处理。候选文字只有一行，长内容会省略；选择前核对候选与图片中的目标码，选择后通过最新结果或历史的复制按钮，把原文复制到手机剪贴板，在手机文本框粘贴核对完整内容。要处理另一条可再次选图。A single valid result follows the normal scan flow: latest result, saved history and sending when connected. For several results, the app lists up to four candidates and processes one selection. Candidate text occupies one line, so long content is truncated. Before choosing, match the candidate to the target code in the image. After selection, copy the original text from the latest result or History to the phone clipboard, then paste into a phone text field to check the complete content. Select the image again for another result.
提示“图片中未识别到二维码或条形码”时，换清晰原图、提高码的尺寸并保留四周空白；避免模糊、过度压缩和裁切。提示“相册图片识别失败”时换一张有效图片重试。选图取消只会返回扫码页，不会删除已有历史。For a no-code-found message, use a clearer original, increase the code size and preserve space around it; avoid blur, heavy compression and cropping. For gallery-recognition failure, retry with another valid image. Cancelling selection returns to scanning and does not delete history.

点击记录右侧复制图标，出现“已复制”后可在手机目标位置粘贴；内容写入手机剪贴板，不追加回车或 Tab，App 没有内建电脑剪贴板同步。点删除图标会弹出“删除扫码记录”，确认目标后选“删除”，或选“取消”保留。记录内容在列表最多显示两行；当前没有展开详情、历史重发或多选操作。需要再次录入电脑时，先恢复连接重新扫描，或自行将原文转到电脑后再粘贴。Tap a record copy icon, then paste at a destination on the phone after Copied appears. It writes to the phone clipboard without Enter or Tab; the app has no built-in computer clipboard sync. The delete icon opens Delete scan record; check the target, then Delete or Cancel. List content is limited to two lines, with no expanded detail, resend or multi-selection. To enter it on the computer again, restore the connection and rescan, or transfer the original text to the computer yourself before pasting.

Confirming Clear deletes the complete history even while a search is active; it does not delete only matches and cannot be undone. Export and verify a file first if you need a copy, or delete individual targets.

勾选“记住选择，不再提示”并点“继续”，以后搜索时会直接按所选范围进入格式选择；取消范围对话框不会导出，也不会保存本次选择。记住的范围只作用于搜索中的列表，无搜索时仍导出全部。需要修改或恢复提示时，到“设置 → 搜索时导出范围”选择“每次询问”“全部记录”或“搜索结果”。已记住“搜索结果”但本次无匹配时会提示无法导出，不会改为全部记录。Check Remember my choice and don’t ask again and tap Continue to use that scope directly during future searches. Cancelling the scope dialog neither exports nor saves the choice. A remembered scope applies only while searching; without a filter, all history is exported. A remembered Search results scope with no matches reports that nothing can be exported instead of switching to all records.

Content is the original scan text without the sending suffix. Import product-code columns as text in CSV to preserve leading zeros and avoid scientific notation for long identifiers.
当前 .xls 是 Excel 可打开的 HTML 表格，不是 .xlsx 工作簿。表格软件可能提示格式与扩展名不一致；核对文件是刚才自己的导出后按软件提示打开，或改用 CSV。若提示“文件写入失败”“无法打开文件保存窗口”或“当前页面不可保存文件”，回到 App 重试并选择可写入的位置；仅显示窗口或退出窗口不算完成保存。The current .xls is an HTML table readable by Excel, not an .xlsx workbook. A spreadsheet app may warn that the format and extension differ. Verify it is your export, then follow its prompt or use CSV. For a write failure, unavailable save page or save-window failure, return to the app and retry with a writable destination. Opening or closing the window alone is not a completed save.

确认相机权限允许，回到扫码页点“重试”；仍失败时退出扫码再进入。清洁镜头、调整距离与光线，完整保留条码边缘。提示“相机尚未就绪”时等预览启动再开闪光灯；“当前设备不支持闪光灯”时改用环境补光。Allow camera permission and tap Retry. If it still fails, close and reopen scanning. Clean the lens, adjust distance/light and keep the full code in view. Wait for the preview before using Flashlight if the camera is not ready; use ambient light if flash is unsupported.

检查手机蓝牙开启、附近设备权限允许。列表仅显示系统已配对设备；从帮助开启发现，在电脑添加手机并完成两端确认，再回 App 刷新。没有 HID 入口或提示当前设备不支持时，改用 Wi-Fi。Check Bluetooth and nearby-device permission. The list shows system-paired devices only. Start discovery from help, add the phone on the computer, confirm both prompts and refresh the app list. Use Wi-Fi if HID is unavailable or unsupported.
系统蓝牙已连接，App 仍未连接System Bluetooth is connected but the app is not
普通蓝牙状态不等于 HID 通道。返回 App 点电脑名称，等待连接结果；“蓝牙已配对但 HID 通道未建立”时按帮助中的修复流程发布服务并重新配对，再测试实际输入。System Bluetooth status is not the HID channel. Select the computer in the app and wait. For a paired-without-HID message, use repair to publish the service and pair again, then test actual input.
电脑文字缺少中文或符号Computer text is missing Chinese or symbols
鸿蒙 HID 会跳过不支持的字符，剩余部分仍可能输入。先停止正式录入，切换到 Wi-Fi，再用已知混合文本检查完整内容及后缀。HarmonyOS HID skips unsupported characters and may type the remaining text. Stop real entry, switch to Wi-Fi and test known mixed text plus its suffix for completeness.
Wi-Fi 无法连接或电脑没有记录Wi-Fi fails to connect or no desktop record arrives
检查电脑服务运行、当前 IPv4 和监听端口、双方网络互通及防火墙；访客网络、VPN 和多网卡需特别核对。扫码连接码后还要在预填窗口点“连接”。电脑换网络后刷新 IP 并重新连接。Check the running desktop service, current IPv4/port, network reachability and firewall, including guest networks, VPNs and multiple adapters. After scanning a connection QR, tap Connect in the prefilled dialog. Refresh the IP and reconnect after network changes.
电脑收到记录，目标输入框没有文字The desktop receives a record but the target is empty
先点目标输入框放置光标，再检查 macOS 辅助功能、Windows 目标权限或 Linux 输入工具。电脑历史有记录只确认收到了文本，不能替代目标框核对；恢复后重新扫一条已知码。Focus the target field, then check macOS Accessibility, Windows target privileges or Linux typing tools. A desktop record confirms receipt, not successful target input. Rescan known content after fixing the issue.
同一码被重复录入或多码有遗漏Duplicate entry or missing codes from a multi-code frame
扫完移开条码；短时重复抑制不会阻止停留很久的码再次识别。多码一次最多 4 个候选且只处理选中一条，超过时分组扫描；相册多码也需从列表单选。Move each code away after scanning; short duplicate suppression does not prevent later recognition of a stationary code. Multi-code scanning offers up to four candidates and processes one selection, so scan larger sets in groups. Gallery multi-code results also require one selection.
搜索有结果，导出文件却包含更多记录The export contains more rows than the search results
检查本次或记住的导出范围。需要子集时选择“搜索结果”，需要完整历史时选择“全部记录”；到“设置 → 搜索时导出范围”可以修改选择或恢复“每次询问”。清空全部仍不受搜索或导出范围限制。Check the chosen or remembered export scope. Choose Search results for a subset or All records for complete history. Settings → Export scope while searching lets you change the choice or restore Ask every time. Clear all still ignores the search query and export scope.
开启提示音却听不到，或网页自动打开Sound is enabled but silent, or webpages open automatically
检查 App“声音提示”及手机系统音量、静音、勿扰状态；需要安静时也可关闭声音与震动。网址被打开时检查“网页自动跳转”，连续盘点可关闭该项。Check the app Sound switch plus system volume, silent mode and Do Not Disturb. Disable sound and vibration when desired. If addresses open, check Automatically open webpages and turn it off for continuous inventory.
下次打开没有恢复连接The connection does not restore next time
确认“自动恢复上次连接”开启，电脑可用且原网络地址或蓝牙配对仍有效。当前恢复在 App 启动加载状态时尝试，不保证每次切回前台自动重连；无法恢复时点链环手动建立连接。Check that restore is enabled, the computer is available and its saved network address or Bluetooth pairing is still valid. Restore runs when the app starts and loads state, not on every foreground return. Connect manually through the link if it fails.
安装并允许相机 → 设置后缀 → 选择一种连接并核对目标 → 电脑光标放入输入框 → 扫一条已知码并核对完整文字 → 在手机历史搜索与复制 → 选择导出范围并导出 → 在选定位置打开文件核对四列与记录数。再按需要“断开当前连接”。多码和相册也各测试一次单选，确认没有把未选内容误录入。Install and allow the camera → choose a suffix → connect one mode and verify its target → focus the computer field → scan known content and check the complete text → find/copy it in phone History → choose the export scope and export → open the file at the chosen location and check four columns and row count.
