- Android：通过 Android: install from Google Play 安装，官网不提供 APK 直链；首次进入扫码页时允许相机权限。. The website does not provide a direct APK link. Allow camera access when opening the scanner for the first time.
- iOS：App Store 版本即将上线；已安装版本按首次协议、相机与本地网络授权流程操作。完整教程使用 iOS 模拟器截图。iOS: the App Store release is coming soon. For an installed build, follow the first-launch agreement, camera, and local network permission steps. The complete guide uses iOS simulator screenshots.
- 鸿蒙：通过 HarmonyOS: install from 华为应用市场Huawei AppGallery 安装；使用扫码或蓝牙功能时，按系统提示允许对应权限。. Allow the relevant system permissions when using scanning or Bluetooth features.

蓝牙 HID 找不到电脑或无法输入
Bluetooth HID cannot find the computer or type
- Android：要求 Android 9 及以上，并允许附近设备相关蓝牙权限；Android 6～8 使用 Wi-Fi。Android: requires Android 9 or later and the relevant nearby-device Bluetooth permissions. Android 6–8 uses Wi-Fi.
- 鸿蒙：先确认 App 显示“蓝牙 HID 连接”入口，再允许发现和连接附近设备；没有入口时使用 Wi-Fi。HarmonyOS: first check that the app shows the Bluetooth HID entry, then allow discovery and connection to nearby devices. Use Wi-Fi if the entry is absent.
- iOS：不提供手机作为蓝牙 HID 键盘的功能，请使用 Wi-Fi 连接电脑桌面端。iOS: the phone does not act as a Bluetooth HID keyboard. Connect to the desktop app over Wi-Fi.
- 支持 HID 的平台中，列表只显示已经配对的设备。找不到电脑时，点击“没有我的设备或连接异常？”→“开启蓝牙发现/配对”，从电脑发起配对后回到 App 点击电脑名称。On HID-supported platforms, the list contains paired devices. If the computer is missing, open “Device missing or connection issue?” → “Enable Bluetooth discovery/pairing.” Pair from the computer, return to the app, and tap its name.
- Windows 显示已连接而 App 未连接时，按对应平台的“连接状态异常修复”步骤发布 HID 服务并重新配对。Android 的 HID 绑定提示与鸿蒙的服务发布提示不同，以本平台教程为准。If Windows says connected while the app is disconnected, follow your platform’s connection-repair steps to publish the HID service and pair again. Android binding messages differ from HarmonyOS service messages; use the matching guide.
- HID 不适合中文等无法映射的键盘字符；包含这类内容时改用 Wi-Fi，以保留完整文本。HID is unsuitable for characters that cannot be mapped to keyboard keys, including Chinese text. Use Wi-Fi to preserve the full content.

Wi-Fi 连接失败或电脑没有输入
Wi-Fi connection fails or the computer receives no input
- 手机与 macOS、Windows 或 Linux 电脑需在可互相访问的同一局域网；访客网络或设备隔离可能阻止互联。The phone and macOS, Windows, or Linux computer must share a local network that allows communication. Guest networks or device isolation can block it.
- 桌面端服务应正在运行。连接二维码或手动输入窗口中的 IP 与端口必须和桌面端一致，不能直接套用教程截图中的地址。The desktop service must be running. The QR code or manually entered IP address and port must match the desktop app; do not reuse the address shown in tutorial screenshots.
- iOS 需允许本地网络权限；电脑端防火墙需允许桌面端接收局域网连接。连接码识别后的确认方式也按手机平台核对。Allow local network access on iOS and allow the desktop app to receive local connections through the computer’s firewall. Follow your phone platform’s confirmation step after recognizing a connection QR.
- 已连接但没有输入时，先将光标放在可编辑文本框；macOS 还需按教程授予辅助功能权限。使用简单的英文或数字示例码检查。If connected but no text appears, focus an editable text field. On macOS, also grant Accessibility permission as described in the guide. Test with a simple English or numeric sample.
识别、历史或导出异常
Scanning, history, or export issues
- 改善光线、保持完整码图案入镜；反光严重时从相册选择清晰原图。多码画面或图片的处理步骤按平台说明。Improve lighting and keep the entire code in view. For glare, choose a clear image from the gallery. Follow your platform’s steps for multiple codes in a frame or image.
- 三平台导出逻辑一致：无搜索时导出全部；搜索中先选择“全部记录”或“搜索结果”，也可记住选择不再提示。设置中的“搜索时导出范围”可修改范围或恢复“每次询问”。All three platforms use the same scope flow: without a search, export all records; during a search, choose All records or Search results and optionally remember the choice. Settings → Export scope while searching lets you change it or restore Ask every time.
- Android 与 iOS 导出后打开系统分享面板；iOS 可选择“保存到‘文件’”（部分系统显示“存储到文件”）。鸿蒙需在系统保存窗口选择位置并完成保存。Android and iOS open the system share sheet after export; iOS offers Save to Files. On HarmonyOS, choose a location in the system save window and finish saving.
- 没有历史记录时，先识别一个示例码再导出。Excel 选项生成 .xls 扩展名的 HTML 表格；需要通用文本表格可选 CSV。If history is empty, recognize a sample code before exporting. The Excel option generates an HTML table with an .xls extension; choose CSV for a general text-based spreadsheet.
- 历史记录保存在本机，删除或清空后无法在应用内恢复；先保存需要保留的导出文件。History is stored locally and cannot be restored in the app after deletion or clearing. Save an export first if you need to keep the records.

- 手机平台（Android、iOS 或鸿蒙）、型号、系统版本与 App 版本；模拟器问题请注明模拟器型号和系统。Phone platform (Android, iOS, or HarmonyOS), model, system version, and app version. For simulator issues, include its model and system.
- 电脑平台（macOS、Windows 或 Linux）、系统版本与桌面端版本；Mac 还需注明 Apple 或 Intel 芯片。Computer platform (macOS, Windows, or Linux), system version, and desktop app version. For a Mac, also specify Apple silicon or Intel.
- 连接方式（蓝牙 HID 或 Wi-Fi）、从打开 App 到出现问题的完整步骤，以及是否能在未连接电脑时复现。Connection method (Bluetooth HID or Wi-Fi), complete steps from launch to the issue, and whether it also occurs without a computer connection.
- 界面上的原始错误提示；必要时附经过隐私处理的截图。
- 问题是否每次出现，以及重新启动应用后是否仍能复现。
